Mr. Lane, I think Mr. Leonti was speaking tongue in cheek over our failure to pass the library tax.
As in, “I don’t use no libary —-.” Yes, I voted for the library tax.

Well, Bob, that explains a lot. If you did go inside, you would see students studying, people learning to read, children gathering around someone reading a story to them. The Library is one of the BUSIEST county offices. Maybe Bob, you should go. I think it would help.
