Mr. James E.. As a Nobel Peace Prize recipient, I would think the president should have some expertise in bringing peace and unity to all. I have not seen anything close to that. You ask me what he should he do? It’s his job as president to figure that out. But a few I would suggest would be to stop the frivolous spending and quit forcing more government on the citizens. Coal and oil = jobs. There are plenty of things he could do. I’ll bet you could even come up with a few. On another note…and on behalf of my family and I, I wanted to sincerely thank you sir for your military service to this country. We deeply appreciate the sacrifices that all our military men and women have given and continue to give. Thank you again Sir.

Catherine, you just don’t get. You have all your hopes set on the Electoral College vote. It’s much more than that though. At this point what matters most is what’s happening to our country and the direction we are headed. This country is so divided and at odds and we see Obama doing nothing to bring the American people together. He’s a president that was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, which you have to admit was a joke. As president he is suppose to be a leader and not a dictator of this country. He is suppose to bring us together to prosper with consensus. He has not done that. He’s made many poor decisions which will take us a long time to recover from. You know it would probably not be so hard for a lot of Americans to go along with a Health Care Act, but only if it was a voluntary program and not forced on us. I cannot willingly participate in this type of program when I am forced to do so with all the other garbage that’s wrapped up in it. If ObamaCare is so great then tell me why doesn’t Obama and family, Congress and everyone participate in it with the rest of us commoners? No one can answer that question. All the sweet heart deals that were done with “pass it to see what’s in it” Pelosi and Reid the wife beater and then include all the other many exemptions/waivers. I don’t care what political affiliation you are you know that is not right. I could go on and on regarding his dismal performance. Mr. Arrogant Obama is not a leader but a destroyer and I believe the history books will eventually reveal the infamous truths about him and his cronies. It’s time for Obama to go!

Catherine you need to look at what is happening to the country not just the handouts, if we don’t get it fixed there will be no money to handout to the needy, sick or elderly which is the category that I fall into. I would rather not have any aid then leave our country turn into a socialistic society; if it is a tossup vote for Romney.

It’s fun to watch them turn themselves into pretzels trying to rationalize how their “Polished Turd” stunk so bad at the debate. It’s stating the obvious but Romney has been debating the last 6 years. Obama mailed it in. And a question; does Obama even want the job any more? He doesn’t act like it.

For the record, I don’t watch MSNBC. Both parties lie; we get that. The question is, which team is least dangerous to the sick, the poor, the elderly, and the earth. Tough call, because it’s very close. But if we’re scoring points, my money is on Obama to win the Electoral College with 270+ votes. That’s the only vote that counts in this particular game.

Catherine, the landslide that is coming in November will be evidence of just how bad the leftist media has been lying to you for months and months. The question is will you have enough intellect to figure out based on that info as to how much they have been lying to you for years. The local intellectuals you refer to are not the people who voted for hope and change. If being drip fed koolaid from sources such as msnbc is what you call being knowledgeable then you have us all beat.

0=obama. The empty chair. The inspirational empty tele-promter reading wasn’t available for the debate and the guy who has been running our country into the ground showed his true qualifications. Even his cheerleaders in the leftist media are having a tough time spinning what was clear for everyone to see. The billions we spend on union run education is producing a populace too dumbdown to see thru empty retoric. Etch a sketch was hope and change, people were encouraged to draw a picture of what ever they wanted to look like. The most historic thing about the obama election was the record number of double digit IQ voters.

OK, in the interests of learning one new thing a day (making one extremely informed in a year), I Googled “Mutt your britches.” I found only the first entry which addressed this and it was ‘one’ comment from someone who said he/she thought it meant pulling up your pants or being full of ones self, but to NOT quote them. This is very thin soup, and I will need more references to declare this is an authentic saying
beyond the hill regions of El Dorado County.

Pulling up your pants means the pres. has been hanging out with JZ too much and the pres. has and been way to full of himself. That shouldn’t be to hard for a guy like you to figure out. During the debate it was nice to see that his arrogant nose wasn’t so far up in the air as usual. His Pinocchio nose was pointed south. I hope that helps you out.
