EDITOR:
Having attended the Tuesday, Oct. 9 GDPUD board meeting, I can see that civility by some of the Board of Directors still hasn’t returned. Board Counsel William Wright made a remark, “as long as there is no taking pictures or copying” during discussion of one of the agenda items, remembering the failed recall attempt of Director Otermat over allegedly taking pictures of employee information. That was a totally uncalled for remark. One of the audience members had asked a few questions. When she asked another question, Board President Ray Griffiths responded, “Is this going to be long?” There was eye rolling and throwing up of hands when other questions were asked. Director Norm Krizl made a remark when one of the agenda items was being discussed, “Let’s get this over with or we will be here ’til Friday.” The impression I get is that some of the board members do not want any extended discussion of what I feel are very important issues facing the board, and that they want as short a meeting as possible.

Sounds like the Incumbent Norm Krizl doesn't want to be at the Board Meetings...... Maybe it is time to VOTE him OUT!.... Vote for Pat Snelling who is running against Krizl and ...... Vote for Maria Capraun who is running against Neeley... Then the Incumbents won't have to suffer any more...
