Help?

In Gene Altshuler’s editorial, it was as though a god was speaking to me: “I have listened till I am nauseated” from the “mantras of the simple and weak-minded…” That we members of the NRA have “blood on our hands” and that we “must cleanse them.” Gosh Gene, would it be all right if I just repented without the cleansing thingy?

It is sad and unfortunate that you allowed your German friends to embarrass America and harass you personally, by “continuously and sincerely” asking you, “What is wrong with your country?” Maybe you “had no rational response” because you were intimidated by those “academics, major business leaders and public officials.”

You were given a great opportunity to educate those Germans. You could have told them that long, long ago, they brought in a fool to lead their country. As a result of their ignorance, chaos was born, guns were confiscated and amongst many egregious atrocities, border and property rights were trampled. So, it is now my turn to be stupid. I voted for liberal democrats to create chaos, pass laws without knowing what is in them, trample border rights, destroy the integrity of the Legislative Branch and try to remove guns. And, I am now working to eliminate guns. But unfortunately, America’s great Constitution is working against me. So, my dear friends, you can see that I am doing my part to destroy my country. Surely they would have understood this parable.

We have opened our borders to embrace friends and foes, including drug cartels and other criminals; folks with various diseases and members of terrorist groups, the smart and the ignorant. If I were asked how do I know terrorists are entering our country through Mexico, I would have to ask you, “How do you know they are not?” We have caught Middle Easterners entering through Mexico before. Have you ever wondered how many have not been detected, putting our family’s safety and job security in jeopardy? Have you not read or heard of the terror delivered by Mexican drug cartels? I am perplexed that seemingly intelligent citizens continue to vote for selfish clowns who are ruining this once great country. Voting for Obama once is one thing, but twice? Wouldn’t it be great if the NRA could fix stupid?

Your elected vice president just gave another of his many mentally deranged speeches. He called for a “constant, unrelenting stream of new immigrants — ‘not dribbling [but] significant flows…’” The meaning of unrelenting, is defined as: “Not yielding in strength, severity, or determination (of a person or their behavior) not giving way to kindness or compassion: unrelenting opponents.” And to think you want to disarm us.

When liberals don’t want something for themselves, they don’t want the rest of us to have it either. They are strong and long on value judgements. It would be great if you folks were a little more honest in your own neighborhoods regarding your distaste for guns. Would you consider putting a sign in your front yard proclaiming, “We have no guns in this house?” You would be remembered as a brave man of integrity, who was honest with his convictions.
