This would be a great opportunity for the county to utilize man power that is going to waste, a lot of homeless are there because of the job eradication in the state of California. Give them a place to stay, feed them and put them to work doing stuff that never gets done because we can’t afford to do it. We feed them without any recourse might as well utilize the availability of the man power that iwe pay for in the long run.

Help is great when help is needed but to many who are homeless it's their choice and is evident when they're told that they need to apply for work or attend job coaching or adhere to rules etc. To say that providing a shelter saves money is nothing more than trying to justify why it's needed. The real purpose should be to get them back to work and not make it available to live off of the public.

My consensuses exactly, they wasted all that money on tunnels when 1.6 million dollars would of went a long way to actually saving the county money by erecting or using existing facilities for the homeless. The right always state they are for the good of the people; but all that I heard from them is they would rather protect the deer population.
