Immigration

EDITOR:

This is a letter sent to Senators Feinstein and Boxer, and Congressman McClintock:

In 2012, President Obama signed an executive order providing legal status and work permits to some illegal immigrants. These illegal immigrants can apply for legal status for a $465 fee. Now the immigration talk is swinging toward amnesty for 11,000,000 plus illegal immigrants.

In November of 2011, my son moved to Toronto, Canada and married a Canadian citizen. She applied for legal status as a resident alien and for a work permit in the United States. She received her visa and work permit, and they moved back to California in May of 2012, securing permanent employment shortly after arriving. The fees that my son and daughter-in-law paid for her visa and work permit totaled $912 ($420 Filing Fee, $88 Affidavit of Support Review Fee, and $404 Immigrant Visa Fee). They also had to pay $300 for her physical exam (amazingly not covered by the Canadian health care system), $60 for passport photos (hers for the work permit and files, his for the files), and $500 for a trip to Montreal because the American Consulate in Toronto does not conduct immigration interviews.

Because the United States government has decided to provide the visas and work permits for $465, my son and daughter-in-law would like to know how and where to apply for their refund. In addition, she would like to be included as a legal citizen if and when amnesty is approved for the 11,000,000 plus illegal immigrants.

Dennis, thank you for your letter. I've heard other such incidents involving Asian and European immigrates as well. It's absolutely amazing that the ILLEGAL route is much more beneficial than the legal route. The Democratic Socialist de-Progressive FAKE BLEEDING HEART Party has learned how to exploit the number of illegals coming from Mexico by getting their support at the polls and as a result it makes all law abiding American Families have to suffer by increased crime, increased taxation, decreased education, etc... Bama the great leader and dictator sure sets a good example for America when his own Auntie is here illegally.

A very good friend of mine from Scotland came here and married another friend of mine. Between he and his daughter (born in Scotland too) they spent over $10,000 over the course of the least 5 years trying to keep the both of them here legally. It was a nightmare. He considered going underground and blowing off ICE but decided to keep trying to do it the right way. Still battling, and still spending.

Apparently now some brilliant school administrator is suspending students for saying "U.S.A." at a sporting event. He said it was offensive to Southern border crossers or "migrants" as liberals love to call them. The very same who have no respect for the laws of this country other then to break them and request free benefits for easy living while voting for more in the next election. Every law The Bummer doesn't enforce or changes causes new waves of illegals per the liberal plan. This should be a comedy or a joke, it isn't. The 1st Amendment is being trampled by leftists and they are trying to suspend the 2nd as fast as illegal executive orders can be drafted.

Frank's (above) - HERE: ... suspended them after they led fellow students at a basketball game in "USA, USA" chants. Camarillo school officials felt those actions had "racial overtones."
