I find it disturbing when a judicial candidate has absolutely no respect for the law. To sit in judgment of others, while committing the same offenses creates a hypocrite.
As I was waiting to pull out of the Buttercup Pantry parking lot Wednesday, April 9 about 7:05 p.m., myself and my passenger both noticed judicial candidate Dylan Sullivan traveling east on Main Street making a right hand turn onto Pacific Street. To our amazement she was talking on her cellular phone.
The California Vehicle Code Sec. 23123. (a) A person shall not drive a motor vehicle while using a wireless telephone unless that telephone is specifically designed and configured to allow hands-free listening and talking, and is used in that manner while driving.
Ms. Sullivan owes the voters of El Dorado County an explanation, and public apology for her poor judgment.
