By From page A5 | December 03, 2012

EDITOR: On behalf of the fundraiser for Monika I would like to extend sincere appreciation to the community for their enormous support of our recent fundraiser to help her in her fight against Chronic Late Stage Lyme Disease. After being ill and misdiagnosed for years she was diagnosed in January and now receives treatments in excess of $52,000 out of pocket which involve daily IVs along with 1-4 other medications. Thanks to many, many merchants, members of the community, friends, family, and volunteers our recent fundraiser to help Monika was very successful in raising over $8,000. Thank you everyone. If you missed the event and would still like to donate you may do so at Wells Fargo (Account #2555074901).
