I write this letter from the perspective of an old, grizzled and retired RN from a large metropolitan hospital. A recent event placed me where I had no desire to be … on the other side of hospital care — the receiving end.
Marshall Hospital can be proud of the excellent staff who provided my care: From the RNs to the RTs to the aides, and everyone that I observed performing competent and compassionate care to me and my fellow patients. Special recognition goes to my nurses Cerill and Angie who combined compassionate care with smiles. They are in the right profession.
No less wonderful care came from aides Barbara and Kristen; you are both prizes. I could go on and on, but the point is clear, Marshall has done well in hiring these professionals.
