‘No more from me’

EDITOR:

My wife and I voted for Obama in 2008, a huge mistake. Starting in mid-July 2012, I started mailing contributions to each of the following organizations that are in disfavor of President Obama’s disregard of our national laws: Freedom Watch, Mountain States Legal Foundation, U.S. Border Security Council, Liberty Guard, Campaign for Liberty, White House Watch, U.S. Investigative Unit, U.S. Justice Foundation, Minuteman Project, Citizens for a Secure American, and American Center for Law and Justice.

After spending hundreds of dollars before the last November election to have Obama impeached, I now come to the following conclusion: Sadly, the money being pocketed from contributions now appears to be more important than Obama’s impeachment.

Needless to say, I have lost most of my respect not only for persons of congressional status, but also all others in the Washington, D.C., area. You can be sure if Obama completes his second term, he will become a top leader in the United Nations and American will become another poor nation as U.N. rules force us to finance poor nations around the world.

Our only hope for Americ is immediate impeachment of Obama and his weak lawless administration. Can impeachment cause “civil war?” (I hope not).  Obama now feels that he has a giant army of Latinos to back him. Civil war or not, Obama must be immediately removed from office, or we and our children will be left with only a memory of how great America once was.

So, my questions to you is, how many national American laws is a “rough president” allowed to break before you people get your heads out the sand and stop this slaughtering of our U.S. Constitution — be it the Obama attacks on our own border patrols or the “Fast and Furious” weapons cover-up by the White House. Should Obama be allowed to complete his second term, perhaps you should visualize what America could become one short decade from now.

No more contributions from me, so please remove me from your mailing. I am an 80-year-old foot soldier veteran of the Korean War where 54,264 Americans died, and more than 103,000 American wounded.

I hope people realize soon--that we are in deep. Say "no" to the New Economy. We can have more technology--without giving up our American rights. READ.

It is way past time to secure this country. After 911 there was no excuse to not secure the borders and our immigration system that allows refugee status and immediate welfare benefits to foreign nationals, some are very dangerous Jihadists from countries we know are at war. As we fight Jihadists linked to terrorism throughout the world, our own refugee system lets into the country people who are the potential enemy of the USA. It is unbelievable. There should be a simple list of regions where people from there can't travel to the USA for any reason, but yet again our Govt. has failed to protect and secure the country and our citizens even after repeated warnings from other countries. The rest of the millions in the country illegally should be given a time frame to return home to their legal country of residence and follow our 10 year waiting period, receive a background check and wait for legal process as our law prescribes. This is common sense to enforce our laws first and secure the country now.

Mr. Rose, when you contribute to any organization, it is likely your $20/$50/$100 is going to the $800,000 compensation of the organization CEO. I always wonder if my $100 bill is flying directly into his/her wallet.

I'm afraid we are stuck. Congress doesn't have the courage to impeach him. And in my opinion, he may serve a third term by writing an executive order allowing him to do so.

I love the name Elsworth. I have little empathy for Mr Rose's frustration. He and his wife helped get the Obama administration elected. Elections have consequences. And we all knew what type of President he'd be.

Ellsworth: I love you and Margaret dearly for your hearts of gold. But your letter and contributions were a day late and a dollar short. The lame stream media and a host of organizations were successful in duping gullible citizens into voting for an "Obamination." America simply got what it asked for and now we're all suffering the consequences. Don't continue to feed $$ to the beast that seeks to devour you. If you really want to make a difference in the direction our nation has taken, start now by taking action in your own back yard to ensure these stooges are removed from office.

Why did you vote for obama in 08? He ran against a fellow VFW. How did the marketing of obama cause you to vote for him? Or how did the endless slander by the media cause you to vote against McCain/Palin? Did you actually believe in hope and change? How did you define hope and change? Don't worry the little bit of money it cost you to learn is nothing compared to the massive amounts of wealth, jobs, economic growth, security, respect, freedom and prosperity it has cost the country for your support in 08. I would offer you sympathy but I am fresh out.

Mr. Rose, Some of my Democrat friends also realize that they were duped by God Obama and the media hype. I can't understand how anyone would put their trust in the community organizer Obama on the first merry go round (we tried to tell you), but I really can't understand why we are riding the second one (we tried to tell you again). Obviously you rode the first one but it isn't clear if you chose to ride again. The Obama plan to divide and conquer has worked in part. He has very much divided us but he damn sure has not conquered us. He and the media keep playing us like blind fools as they expand big government control and keep chipping away at our self reliance. In this instance and as the HillBilly said "at this point what difference does it make?" but please don't you and your friends get duped again in 2014. The media will be pushing hard for HillBilly Clinton even though she is a lying quitting failure. "It is the nature of every person to error, but only the fool perseveres in error". (Cicero) AND...Thank you sir for your military service. My uncle also served in the Korean War and never recovered from the psychological effects.

Wow, When I moved back up to El Dorado County-25 yrs ago, I knew it was a conservative group....... But Conspiracy theorist and Fact-Deniers?..... I never dreamed my neighbors were THAT far out in "right" field....... Maybe we need to back up and remember -- the REAL Constitution.... (Not the Glenn Beck or FOX & Friends version)..... Obama hasn't DISSOLVED CONGRESS..... Not really..... You still have "All Senate votes are 60-votes" McConnell. Obama didn't stop that. Right??? .... We aren't "absolute Slaves of King George III's sovereign will"..... Right?..... That was TRUE TYRANNY ..... Not liking a Black man as your Boss is not an impeachable offense ..... And Mr. Rose.... You fought along with my cousins who spilled their blood in the Korean War so we could keep THIS government .... You know the one where 50% decides (except in the Senate) ..... Obama is NOT perfect.... but Impeachable? No way.... You guys need to go for a walk or at least change the channel...

Dink, Who said anything about black? You shouldn't believe everything you think.

BTW Dink, since you're still stuck on the black thing...Obama is a half and half. Remember he had a white momma and a black Muslim daddy. So for the history books...a real black American president hasn't even held the office yet.

It was a very painful string to read. Some very profound statements that provided as many questions as answers. First is why haven't minorities ran away in fear of the Progressive democrat socialist. Dink and his ilk are unrepentant murdering racist. They live off the sweat of hard working Americans. And second is even more ghastly to read than Obama giving awards to an infanticide factory. DB Smith has democrat friends? I'm not sure I can go on.

The US Constitution will remove President Obama from office in January 2017. Until then, given the laughable innaccurate track record of the "anybody but Obama" crowd I think it is clear that America will be just fine. A lot like those Romney landslide predictions proved to be "just a bit outside" bin Laden will still be dead We will still be out of Iraq Gay people can proudly serve our nation in uniform without hiding who they are. Insurance companies can no longer cancel your coverage when you are seriously ill and most need that coverage. The housing market, including here in California is rebounding nicely. Yes, elections do have consequences. Thank goodness, as this nation is a lot better off today than it was in November 2008. Here is an excellent illustration of the credibility (or lack thereof) of the Obama-haters. http://www.forbes.com/sites/billfrezza/2012/05/22/romney-crushes-obama-in-presidential-election-blowout/ Prediction: Romney Crushes Obama In Presidential Election Blowout http://money.cnn.com/2013/02/26/news/economy/housing-recovery/index.html Housing recovery gains strength
