Glen, I am the original letter writer and too was pleased with the response as to the cause of the new misdirected noise, however I was a little miffed at the MD as they took my letter down after only 2 days. Hell, the guy who got his trash can stolen had his letter printed for about 2 weeks. What I really need is a resolution to my neighborhoods problem. You don't know how this noise has ruined our quality of life. Do we complain to caltrans? If so what are the chances of them fixing this? Any ideas anyone? HHHHEEEELLLLPPPPP!!!!!

A google search on "noise abatement" brings up some useful references, too numerous for this response.
