Good common sense questions Mr. Alger. We will never get good common sense answers though because there are none. Perhaps some smarty pants lib could try?

Critical thinking and discernment are only a couple of the skills not familiar to liberals.

The misinformation about the Affordable Care Act continues. The fact is that effective January 2014, members of Congress will be required to purchase their health insurance on the exchanges created by the ACA. Far from being exempt, the options of members of Congress are more strictly defined than for the general public where we can keep our insurance if we are satisfied with it. It does not surprise me that the myths, distortions, and outright lies about the ACA persist. It is surprising that when objective, accurate information is readily available, so many people are satisfied to believe in whatever fiction gives them comfort. . Here is a link to anyone interested in facts as opposed to talk radio fabrication. Clearly, lack of skill in critical thinking is not limited to liberals. . . . http://healthlawandlitigation.com/PDF/crs-on-health-care-fines.pdf With respect to health insurance for Members of Congress and congressional staff, § 1312(d)(3)(D) of PPACA specifically requires that: the only health plans that the Federal Government may make available to Members of Congress and congressional staff with respect to their service as a Member of Congress or congressional staff shall be health plans that are-- (I) created under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act); or (II) offered through an Exchange established under this Act (or an amendment made by this Act). 3

Try this on for size: 35 million more people added to ins. rolls, many doctors dropping out of medicare system and not enough doctors coming up to take care of the 35 million--should we call this limited health care? Implementation of at least 140 new agencies, thousands of new regulations, thousands more hired for the IRS, Obama would like to see the IPAB to eventually have more power, as if the 15 member board (appointed by Obama--WHAT?) doesn't already have enough power, nd this is only the tip of the iceberg coming our way.
NancyNovember 03, 2012 - 3:18 pm
Not to worry. Obama will be voted out by a landslide next Tuesday. Romney will repeal and replace Obamacare. Get the IRS out of the way.
