Interesting response from Carl Hagan! Does ANYONE at City Hall supervise 'contractors'? Are these people the equivalent of Blackwater contractors, who, we all remember ran amuk, unsupervised in Iraq? Mr. Hagan, where does one go to talk about parking issues if not to the City Council?

I nearly always back into parking spaces. The wheelchair access to my vehicle makes it easier for me when i back in. There is nothing wrong with backing into parking spaces, never has been and never will be. Just another cheap shot to try and raise revenue. Only in Placerhole would this be an issue, and again, the reason i don`t go there.

LOL - it's against the law? That is ridiculous. If there is no car, I often pull through a parking spot so I can leave by just pulling forwar forward. I've never been ticketed (knock on wood) and I've never heard of anyone else getting a ticket either. I guess I was lucky that no one ever called and tattled on me. They need to pull that law from the books though, in the chance that some petty cop wants to get his jollys by ticketing such dangerous offenders.
