EDITOR:

Thursday, Sept. 5, I was coming back from lunch on Main Street and my car began to overheat rapidly. I panicked but was able to get to a parking lot where I work — Midtown Mall.
I was hesitant to call a repair shop because I was afraid to start the car and hoped it was only low on fluids and my coworker suggested calling Splasherville Express to see if they could come to the mall to check the car out.

Robbie, the assistant manager, came down, filled the coolant reservoir and checked the other oil levels, etc., gave me suggestions as to what could have caused the problem and didn’t charge me a dime. He was courteous, caring and very professional and definitely went the extra mile for me. As I was planning to have my car detailed anyway, I followed Robbie back to the shop and had it cleaned. When I paid for detailing there was no charge for the coolant and assistance in front of my workplace.

I would recommend Splasherville Express to anyone as the staff of Rafael, Robbie, and coworkers Ethan, Dan, Curtis and Stefan (hope I didn’t miss anyone) were helpful, very courteous and efficient young men. It was so refreshing to see how they cared about their job and were so customer oriented.

Thanks again Robbie for the diagnosis, recommending the shop to take it to for repairs, and a reasonable price. All is good.

Thank you for a postive story. It is nice to see people being recognized for doing right in our town. Especially promoting a local business going out of their way to have great customer service. We need more postive letters to the editor and less fignerpointing and complaining. Have a good weekend, and nice job Splasherville
