Thieves hard at work as usual. What this generally is has to do with identity theft, the thieves hope to obtain important papers from the trash and then steal your identity. Best bet is to shred all and anything these days.

Hopefully it was just some drunken hooligan and not someone stealing your garbage to look for personal papers, old bills etc. in order to steal your identity and open accounts...Odds are somebody just needed a garbage can, but ya never know....
