Sue Taylor for supervisor

By From page A4 | February 14, 2012

EDITOR: I support and urge everyone in District 3 to elect Sue Taylor supervisor.

We have a choice come this June to elect a supervisor to represent District 3 who has the knowledge and fortitude to stand against the special interests, governmental regulations and out-of-town developers.

Sue is someone you can trust, will work for the rights of private citizens. She has been a voice of reason who has tirelessly countered decisions by our county supervisors that have favored uncontrolled growth, which favors developer’s dreams over private citizen’s property rights.

She’s in favor of maintaining our agricultural and rural atmosphere. She was instrumental in exposing the potential abuses of redevelopment, and diligent in working against the proposed roundabout in Placerville.

Sue Taylor will ask the hard questions, and see through proposals, and will work to dismantle unnecessary government regulations; she will work hard for the common citizen and not let uncontrolled growth and the power of special interests and agencies shape our county’s future.

I have worked with Sue Taylor for several years now and I’m confident that if she is elected, the people will have a true voice at the county level who will reflect common sense and who has our best interests at heart.
