As 42-year residents of El Dorado county with our home in El Dorado County Board of Supervisors, District 3, we support Brain Veerkamp for District 3 Supervisor. We believe Brian Veerkamp has the breadth and depth of knowledge, professional experiences and trainings which equip him to effectively represent District 3. In his positions of proven leadership with the El Dorado Hills Fire Department, Camino Union School District Board of Trustees, Emergency Medical Services Training Program , and as an Adjunct Professor with the Los Rios Community College District as well as serving with other El Dorado county agencies, Brian Veerkamp has had many opportunities to demonstrate his common sense, integrity and problem solving abilities to work collaboratively with a variety of local and state governmental organizations.
Brian has also demonstrated an ongoing commitment to his own educational advancement as well as the importance of the education and training for the children and youth of our county. As retired public school educators, we are grateful for Brian’s commitment of 14 years of service as a school district board member, eight of those years as school board president.
Based on Brian’s proven leadership and his commitment to be a strong advocacy for El Dorado county residents, we fully support Brian Veerkamp with our votes for District 3 Supervisor, El Dorado County Board of Supervisors.
