  Mr. Tapson, I couldn't agree more. Some of the extreme right mongering that comes out of his mouth is rather disturbing for a public servant in his position

  If the sheriff were as devoted to the Constitution as he pretends to be, he would know that the US Supreme Court interprets the constitutionality of legislation, not the local sheriff.

  Mr. Martin, I don't know about the Sheriff. It's the Supreme Court that has water-downed the 4th Amendment with multiple exceptions. I think 95% of lawyers would agree of the almost demise of the 4th Amendment, with 5% (prosecutors) disagreeing. Please note I said I think, so let's not get involved in a extensive argument because I need a nap.

  The Sheriff should know about the supremacy clause if he's such a constitutional scholar. He's sworn to uphold the entire constitution, not just the parts he agrees with.

  I viewed the Maher video. He makes a very good point. I don't know what video Cookie watched, but Maher never says that there is anything wrong about people profiting from their political views. He just expresses his amazement that there are so many suckers out there willing to pay and pay for this tripe. There is big money to be made in fear mongering.

They consistently attack all others!--hmmmmm Mr. Bernton, maybe this is how Cookie makes his living, as you are right, for example, Rush Limbaugh is a multi-millionaire as are other fear mongers and bullys. Obviously, the majority will not buy into this kind of spewtum and the left will be seated in the White House for a long time to come.

War on women, gonna put y'all back in chains, starve the children, deny kids education, push grandma off a cliff, round up everyone and send them back across the boarder, deny people healthcare. I realize how you don't remember any of this because people like Bill Maher makes his living promoting it and you exercize no critical thinking as long as people like him are telling you exactly what you want to hear. As far as Truth is concerned there is nothing that comes from any leftist that I can't challenge. Your problem is you won't listen to it. Bill Maher is nothing but a personal attack on others. I don't watch tv, I can't stand to watch any of them. Anything that comes from huffpo is only useful for papering the bottom of a cat box. I do read however. Perhaps more in a week than you do in a year. Which explains why you don't express your opinions, only those that others have indoctinated you with just like Cllea.

Enlightenment requires no actual learning or thinking, it is a school of fish response that you demonstrate very well. Why do you have to proclaim "truth" as a screen name? are you worried that know one would know it otherwise. It's the same reason the leftists have to continually remind their ignorant masses how compassionate and concerned they are.
