I grew up in Boston, the site of British troops commandeering houses for their troops, and there is a long story about how they managed to dislocate families who were not loyal to the Crown, whilst leaving alone the Tories. The addition to the US Constitution became somewhat obviated when the US had its own standing army, and the men returned home, presumably not allowed in their own house. So it’s one of those things which has outlived it’s time. On the other hand, if the government wants, it can just give the mission to the Department of Homeland Security. Hey, they’re not soldiers. And I have been to the airport and can assure you they are no soldiers.

Where do you come up with this stuff? I just read how Senator Rand Paul was duped with the “Gun-running to Turkey” story… and then Senator Ted Cruz was duped with the PHONEY attack against Chuck Hagel and the “Friend with Hamas” story….. Now they look STUPID…. Ask Gov. Jindal….. I FAIL to understand where Frank got this spin about Pres. Obama…… Don’t you people have any self-respect in what you say? ….. “1036-Frank,” doesn’t seem to want to stand up to his inflammatory attacks, unless 1036 is his real name…… Enough people, enough…

1036, there is no such thing as a “very smart liberal idea”. Their definition of progress is replacing self-determination with centralized planning. Our inner cities are a testament to the best liberal ideas. The only people who remain in the inner cities are the ones trapped by liberalism.

The new King known as the Bummer has a very smart liberal idea to rival the late tyrant King of England. He will foster an army of quartered or of stationary subjects who do not need to work but only to await the Govt. check and live under the Govt. housing. This army is ever ready to march upon incident and power outages that fit their purposes to pillage and riot, this being why the Amendments previous written so long ago are relevant and important.
