But Phil, don’t you want to explain to the MtDemocrat troops the meaning of the red X.
Maybe not, as the aircraft log book is not all that
interesting. I forget what they called those teams in Europe that would swoop down on my hangar and red X our aircraft to show how they knew best. While they were doing us, I had my
tech inspectors go out and red X their aircraft.
Boy, were they wizzed off. I told them if they wanted to fly out they would have to work off those red Xs. My guys stood around and watched — was great for morale.

Phil, you need to explain to the others what a red X means. Cookie will think it has something to do with Communists. And, you took me to the NCO club and poured booze down my throat, etc., etc. I think not. I do have a Club story — in Germany I took my operations sergeant into the officer’s club for lunch. The club manager said the NCO would not be allow to eat lunch in the dining room. I got a big bunch of irritated and ordered him to set up a table for two in the kitchen. You know, the food tasted just as good in the kitchen.

It’s hard enough to take the lies by vicious bloggers that are told about me, but I have a great support network and my Probation Officer has been more than gracious, so I feel extremely blessed. But that doesn’t justify the cyber bullying going on every day by anti-government gun loving bloggers, deliberately deceitful writers, if they only knew enormous damage their doing by taking advantage of liberal’s compassionate nature. How clever is this, taking the compassionate nature of good people and using it against us? If we don’t speak up, young people especially will be deceived. The spells some people fall under who become enchanted by guns is hard to break and so they go down destructive roads and their eyes are blinded, possibly for their whole lives and they spend eternity separated from a compassionate life because they denied liberalism and love for all man kind, over and over.

What in your past experiences James would cause you to believe that an ever intrusive government and ever diminishing liberties is an improvement? I am very aware what they teach in college and how they push the wonders of socialism but I also recall what Winstom Churchill said, “Show me a young Conservative and I’ll show you someone with no heart. Used to be, hair spray was flammable enough to make a makeshift blow torch. Worked great for getting spiders that up high out of your reach. It even took out the web at the same time. Very effective. Not very safe tho…

Coors used to be available in the small cans like some juice drinks are today. They were the same diameter as a plastic lemon. We even made lemon cannons with them. You could shoot an empty plastic lemmon with enough force to knock someone over or go thru a plate glass window.

The first statements of this letter are slightly troubling. It is addressed to “devoted” gun owners and makes no mention of law abiding gun owners. Then it goes on to make some claim about “ignoring” the frequent killing of children and adults without mentioning the criminals and mentally ill. As if the responsible law abiding gun owners are the issue. They are not. When mentioning the killing of children the writer makes no mention of the gang violence that also has nothing to do with resonsible law abiding gun owners. Nor does the writer mention that it is in fact the liberals who have given us the ‘gun-free zones’ that have left children and theatre attendees defenseless targets for the mentally ill. I guess my conclusion is every failure that has been created by liberalism is now the fault of responsible law abiding gun owners. Just like all of obama’s failure are Bush’s fault.

The gun rights issue is fueling our economy. Every time President Obama says the word “gun” people go out and buy more guns. Billions of dollars are being spent on firearms and ammo. Since Obama took office in 2008, Sturm, Ruger and Co. (RGR) stock price has gone from about $5 to over $50. All of this anti-gun talk is driving up gun and ammo prices and causing shortages of both. Gun makers are working at full capacity to keep up with production. The American people are becoming more armed, not less. Except for the gun opposing Democrats, of course.
