Turnboo for District 2 Supervisor

EDITOR: I pledge my support and encourage all who live in District 2 to vote for George Turnboo for their next supervisor; he is and has always been an honest man without and special agendas, he is a small business owner for over 38 years at the same location in the town of El Dorado. His business is “George’s Pit Stop” and all who stop in for repairs and service have be treated to his smile and knowledge of vehicle repair.

George entered into the race for County Supervisor after several of his friends asked and supported his bid. One such supporter was Leonard Stroud who passed before he could see George take the office. However George continues his word given to Leonard and has campaigned in the highest quality. George has not ever changed his stance on issues and his belief is to restore honesty and a commitment to serve all residents of our great county. I have known George since we were little kids growing up and attending schools together and onto college behind Raleys. George is a strong man solidly based in his beliefs and investigates all subject matter before making uninformed decisions.

It is his because of his commitment to family, friends and the public he will serve, without accepting any behind the door deals or special interest groups, that I strongly support him. I have since he said he would run been at his side and listened to his take on the issues facing our county and his stance on Agenda 21 and SACOG of not being for our county. I believe in his desire to care for the animals and save money while doing it, and his work on bringing jobs and a structure back to life.

George is an eighth generation son of El Dorado County and believes in maintaining our great history and won’t rip out our railroad tracts to replace them with paved access roads, which will lead to apartments stacked on top of each other. George believes in our county history and won’t allow it to be lost to big developments; he does however believe in responsible growth and will work to ensure that we grow together. His desire is to assist the other four supervisors that he will serve with to make great decisions based upon citizen input and what is best for all.

Take time to visit George at his business or his Website, or just ask just about anyone and you to will see that he is the man for the job of District 2 Supervisor. Join me and my friends in bringing back a strong board and informed leadership to our County. Vote for George Turnboo for District 2 Supervisor, the best man for the job.
