Vote for a proven track record

The June 3 election is important, yet it looks like a small turnout election based on the limited number of ballots mailed in so far. Perhaps the myriad number of candidates, some little known, has caused paralysis by analysis.

One candidate, however, stands out as a clear choice, David Combellack for Judge of the Superior Court Office 1. David’s decision to run for judge was based on a desire to serve his community, not to enhance his career. He will give up a long and distinguished law practice to become judge.

David Combellack’s extensive community service is well respected by those of us who have served with him. David impressed me with his clear, ethical thinking and dedication while we served together on the Marshall Medical Center Board of Directors. His lawyer’s view made the board more effective and helped it avoid pitfalls that all large organizations face from time to time.

Please fill out and mail your ballot today, or vote June 3. If your best efforts at researching the many candidates leaves you overwhelmed, that’s understandable. Leave some races blank, if you must, but please vote for those who have a proven track record.

Vote for David Combellack, Judge of the Superior Court Office 1.
