ONE OF THREE downtown Placerville paintings by Thomas Kinkade casts Placerville in a nostalgic glow of Christmas time in about the 1930s when the Forum Cafe was open and run by Joe and Bob Flynn's mother. The Forum later became the Blue Bell Cafe run by the Butts family. It is now the Bookery.
