BALLARD DIVING's crew Thursday reels in the float bags that lifted one of two submersible pumps that stopped working in the summer of 2012.The float bags have a lifting capacity of 2,000 pounds. Four pumps, about 90 feet below the surface of Folsom Lake provide water to the El Dorado Hills Water Treatment Plant about 660 feet above the pump platform.
