I heard she's a waitress....must work at IHOP. The water where this happened is one foot deeper now.

Emily O'Meara is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. In reading of the challenge this young woman faced with such courage, I was further amazed by her attitude and positive approach to the accident. Grace, bravey and class are the words that immediately come to mind. What a great role model Emily's family has in her. Best wishes to you and your family for a speedy recovery.

Thank You @Morris <3 @Ed, you're a pretty funny guy. Luckily I can embrace my amputation disability with humor and acceptance, and know that in doing so,will make me a stronger woman, mother, and wife. Those are some pretty good quips, I've already used the IHOP one, but I'll have to remember the one foot deeper. (I have to admit, is pretty funny:) Peace and God Bless, and remember to stow away your tow ropes on your boat safely when not in use!
