Red Hawk Casino announced that Evan Smith has been named vice president of food and beverage. He will direct all aspects of food and beverage operations, including Red Hawk’s five award-winning restaurants.
Smith brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role. He has worked in both Nevada and tribal gaming, including South Lake Tahoe casinos and restaurants, and most recently at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino.
He brings a wealth of knowledge in culinary arts, guest service, training and team member development. General Manager Bryan deLugo said, “Evan’s leadership will be a complement both to the Red Hawk Casino executive team and the outstanding food and beverage team. We are excited to have someone with his caliber of experience on board.”
