Assemblyman Logue endorses Barb

Assemblyman Dan Logue, R-Chico, has endorsed Richard Barb for supervisor in El Dorado County’s District 3 race.

Logue sponsored the 2010 ballot initiative that sought to postpone California’s job killing AB32 “Cap and Trade” law until the statewide unemployment rate was reduced to 5 percent. Voters did not approve that proposition.

“Richard Barb understands that jobs and economic growth come from private sector businesses, not costly government programs,” said Logue, “and more important, that historically the majority of jobs in our state have been created by small family owned businesses.”

“I’m endorsing Richard Barb because of his job-creating plan and vision to help lead us out of the recession. The current condition of our economy demands that our elected officials have real-world private sector business experience to fix our broken economy,” said Logue.
