Elise Hays, 20, of Pollock Pines, left her residence on July 6 around 7 a.m., a press release stated. Hays is considered at risk due to a developmental disorder and has only physically and mentally developed to the age of 12.
Hays is possibly in the South Lake Tahoe area and has been known to take up residency with with homeless subjects in the past.
She is described as 4 feet 6 inches tall, 80 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. The public is urged to call 911 or Detective Troy Morton at 530-642-4712 with any information regarding Hays’ location or if she is seen.
