The Planning Commission works within the guidelines established by the city’s General Plan for the physical development of the city. The Planning Commission meets 7 p.m. every first and third Tuesday.
Applications may be obtained at City Hall, 3101 Center St., or by calling 642-5531. Application forms are also available on the City website at cityofplacerville.org.
Deadline for applications is March 29. Interested individuals must either be a resident of the city; a property owner within the city limits and live within the community region, or a primary business owner within the city limits who lives within the community region. Contact the City Clerk at 642-5531 if you are unsure of the boundaries of the community region.
