As an attorney and business owner, Flesher has had years of managing budgets. He has studied water rights issues for over 15 years and has seen the constant rate hikes passed on to the home owners in the community. With a primary focus of balancing the budget without raising fees on ratepayers or borrowing against the future, Flesher is the fiscally conservative candidate.
“Jake Flesher will bring a sense of fiscal responsibility which is needed at EID,” stated Chairman Dallas Sweeney. “Our organization supports his focus and efforts on reducing the burden on the ratepayer.”
