Ray Nutting appeared with his attorney, David Weiner, to set a new date for what Judge Timothy Buckley called a “catch-all” meeting.
Buckley, an outside judge brought in due to conflicts of interest with other judges in the county being acquainted with Nutting, confirmed a new hearing date of Dec. 6 at 1:30 in Department 1.
Nutting has been charged by both the District Attorney’s Office and a Grand Jury with filing false documents, failure to disclose income and having a financial interest in a county contract.
