Mr Jackson, badass is your word not mine. You can “bend over” and do whatever some wannabe water God wants you to do. I am simply stating that when we have a “water crisis” caused by sending so much water down south, I will not be told to avoid washing my vehicles when they are letting our water run from their open hoses into the drain as they wash their cars, partially with our water. I use a shutoff nozzle. The majority of folks I saw all over LA were using open hoses and letting their (and our) water run into the sewer. Fool me once? Ok, they did. Fool me twice . . ummmm NO, I will be washing my vehicles. Not “badass” at all, just equal rights.

“Water master” what a joke . . “Boss over nothin”. Keep your stinkin’ hands off our water. The last time you fools declared a “water emergency” and sent OUR water down south, I went through LA only to see people all over that smog ridden paradise washing their cars in their driveways when we were not allowed to. The next time you do that I will openly wash my van in my driveway, Mr. “boss over nothin’.” Let nature take its course. Perhaps the Delta Smelt will grow legs and follow our water down south.

On Dec. 11, 2013…Mountain Counties & ACWA presented a PANEL of four Water Rights Attorneys at a Conference HELD by EID in Placerville to talk about TERM 91 & WATER RIGHT ENFORCEMENT. Mike you had a REPORTER there. Why didn’t she report on it? YOU thought it was important. The State Water Board (who the Delta Watermaster reports to) meets today (1/16/2013) to talk about THESE REPORTS. Maybe people would have gone down to protest. This didn’t get reported until Tom Cumpston presented it at an EID meeting (Jan 14, 2013)… This should have been reported MUCH sooner.
