Debra Edminds, 49, was traveling northbound on Mosquito road north of Mosquito Bridge at 5 mph in a 1985 Chevrolet pickup at about 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 when she turned right and the passenger side tires left the road, said CHP Officer Quinn Cuthbertson. The vehicle went down a steep embankment and rolled once, fully ejecting Edminds from the vehicle. She sustained fatal injuries.
Cuthbertson said the primary cause of the accident is unknown.
