Mr./Ms. Puffert, you need to work on your math skills. There have been 21 spending votes this year so there is no way your 99% calculation can be accurate.
As for your claims of wasted staff time, Management get 50 days paid time off annually so the wasted time must have come at the expense of their golf games or whatever they do the one day in five they get paid for staying home.
Since you are so proud of your comment, why not state your full real name for the record?

Greg, Your pet director, Alan Day, has since approved 99% of issues brought before him. His big first No vote was to deny a request for less than $50,000 to renew a mandatory permit for the wastewater treatment plants. This would have resulted in $250,000 in fines from the Regional Board. Very smart huh. EID staff had to waste time and come back the following month and he did then approve the exact same request. Keep up the good work. I am so impressed with your guy. NOT.

Maybe George Osborne needs to sit down and listen to STAFF telling him where the money is going!….. When you are asking for Ratepayers to come up with more $$$ because you don’t have the WANT or DESIRE to know where the $$$ are going….Maybe it’s time for YOUR “Recall”!

Since the Board majority has “rubber stamped” EVERY Management spending proposal over the past three years, why not just dispense with any spending limit and quit the charade that the EID Board majority provides fiscal oversight?
The only time the Board over-ruled Management was for the million dollar giveaway of ratepayer monies to developers on the Weber Dam FCC discount extension.
