The El Dorado County Sheriff’s and Coroner’s offices were called to an incident around 3:30 p.m. on Brookedge Drive off of Cold Springs Road in Placerville, Sgt. Chris Felton told the Mountain Democrat.
“The investigation indicated the deceased was working on the air suspension of a friend’s vehicle,” he said. “One of the air tanks appeared to have exploded, killing the decedent.”
The man was identified as Richard Ureno, 26.
