C. L. Raffety, treasurer-tax collector, announced today the endorsement of the El Dorado County Deputy Sheriff’s Association. This widely respected law enforcement organization expressed that Raffety has done an excellent job, hence the vote of confidence in their recommendation for Raffety’s re-election.

Businessmen and farmers are also endorsing Raffety. Among the list are wine grape grower-vintner Greg Boeger of Boeger Winery; Merv DeHaas, farmer and former El Dorado County Water Agency manager; Tom Heflin of Rainbow Orchards and Doug Leisz, wine grape grower, and retired associate chief forester.
Al Hamilton, senior citizens’ attorney, also endorsed Raffety because of her qualifications and the fact that he had personally witnessed Raffety quietly help senior taxpayers by going that extra mile to be of assistance.
Other endorsements include the Mountain Democrat, Village Life newspaper and the Tea Party Patriots of El Dorado Hills.
