Rich Fischer was selected by the El Dorado County Board of Education to serve as the Trustee for District 5 (the county Board of Education follows the same areas as the Board of Supervisors).
“Rich comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in education. He has served as a teacher, principal, and district superintendent during his career. He is going to make a great addition to the County Board,” said Meyers.
Fischer’s term is up for reelection on Nov. 28, 2016.
