and one other thing–is the Mental Health facility in the way of tourism? Are you being hidden away? People watch the tot change. How do people feel–would you like our people to help are medical issues–or…is having more tourists come in good for you? Please take a moment to think. Not only have more tourist come in–but have small groups decide what color to paint…if you want it or not.

another thing to think about is the issue of the budget…Economic advisory groups want 10% of the pie–the pie is a closed system–whose slice will it come from? This advisory group is going up again on march 25–go see BOS agenda…EDEC is asking for 10%…then have been working towards this for a long time. (they were EDAC before–but they didnt do their homework and had to give it back the the Arts council) Many articles are now saying its not the gun thats a problem–its the mental heath issues behind these horrible events that are happening all over. So who needs the money more? something to think about. Maybe instead of blaming video games or weapons…we should adress the problems of mental health. But instead we let out the people in prisons and get rid of the mental facilities..and blame the weapon and a game. Who is right and who is wrong?. And what do the cuts mean? Where will the money go? One pie. Slices can be bigger or smaller–or a group can lose their slice all together. But it is a closed system.

On Tuesday, March 12th at 8:00AM the Board of Supevisors will consider moving the Mental Health Department from Placerville Drive to 786 Pleasant Valley Road, Diamond Springs, CA, making the Mental Health Department difficult to access for many citizens.
