GEORGETOWN — The Georgetown Divide Public Utility District Board of Directors is issuing a Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from legal firms competent to represent the district as General Counsel. The Georgetown Divide Public Utility District is a California special district and respondents should be prepared to represent the district in a wide variety of areas specific to special districts.
