We were discussing reducing the fee to connect to the system for granny flats. To reduce the cost on service connections will encourage residents to connect to the system instead of drilling a well. We are here to serve the public and that is what we should do. By having more customers, the goal is hopefully to increase revenue with water sales. We discussed the rate of return on the sale of water to recapture the loss due to the reduction of the connection fee.
