Jennifer Kendall was sentenced to five years felony probation and 64 hours of community service, Deputy District Attorney Jamie Verwayen confirmed.
Kendall reportedly fled from California to Spokane, Wash., with her then 18-month-old son, in violation of family court orders. An investigation was launched by the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office in August 2011 to find her. On April 9, 2012, she was located and transported back to El Dorado County, where custody of the child was given to the father, Kevin Chase.
