National taxpayer champion Lew Uhler, president of the National Tax Limitation Committee, has announced his endorsement of Michael Ranalli for El Dorado County District 4 Supervisor.

On learning of the Uhler endorsement, Ranalli said, “I am honored to have earned the endorsement of Lew Uhler. Lew has been a steadfast champion for the taxpayer as a tireless advocate for local control, smaller government and low taxes.”

Announcing his support, Uhler said, “Michael’s principles, successful business experience and his commitment to the elimination of wasteful spending, stifling regulations that inhibit economic growth and job creation, clearly distinguishes him from all the candidates.”

An El Dorado County resident for 30 years, Ranalli has 40 years of business experience, including 22 years with Intel Corp. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Taxpayers Association of El Dorado County, vice chairman of the El Dorado County Community and Economic Development Advisory Committee, coordinator of the countywide Regulatory Reform effort, Divide Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and an officer of the El Dorado Wine Grape Growers Association.
