Jim Zamosky, 57, is also accused of having an obscene photo of a toddler, and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm..
According to the South Lake Tahoe Police Department, officers first received the report on July 24, but Zamosky refused to cooperate. After a search and arrest warrant were obtained in the case, police along with an El Dorado County Sheriff’s K-9 officer served the warrants.
During the search of his residence, marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, two handguns, one shotgun and a World War I era rifle were seized. An obscene photograph depicting a 1-2 year old child was also located during the search of Zamosky’s home.
Zamosky was booked into El Dorado County Jail. This case is still under investigation.
