Meeting for owners of vacation home rentals

C.L. Raffety, El Dorado County treasurer-tax collector, is scheduled to host an informational meeting for owners of vacation home rentals. The informational meeting will be held 1:30 p.m. Oct. 25th at the South Lake Tahoe Library.

The main subject on the agenda is the possibility of deputy sheriffs issuing tickets to tenants for excessive noise.

District 5 Supervisor Norma Santiago is scheduled to appear, as well as a representative from the Sheriff’s Department.

The public is also welcome to attend.
