Mik makes connection

MATHER — The Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority today announced that El Dorado County District 1 Supervisor Ron Mikulaco has been appointed to the JPA Board of Directors.

“I look forward to working with the other board members towards this regional project,” said Mikulaco.

The connector is a planned 35-mile parkway that will span from Interstate 5, south of Elk Grove, to Highway 50 in El Dorado County, just east of El Dorado Hills. Its implementation is currently estimated to cost $456 million.

    Mik makes fool of himself and his party at a local fundraiser this last Saturday. That would be a better headline. As a guest at the fundraiser and a bystander to witness his actions I was appalled. Mik shoving your business card in someone’s face and asking “do you know who I am?” Will not get you anywhere. Especially when you didn’t have a ticket yet to get into this function. Mik I encourage you to write the organization a letter of apology. You know where you were.
