The El Dorado County Transportation Division has scheduled its annual daytime closure of the Mosquito Bridge over the South Fork of the American River for required maintenance activities.

The bridge will be closed 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.from Mondays through
Thursdays, July 8-July 25.
The bridge will be open all day and all night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during this time, according to Don Spear, deputy director of the county Division of Transportaion.
