So, a commercial building is being built in place of another commercial building. What’s the problem? No need for a General Plan Amendment or even any need for an opposition. The water is just fine here at NIMBY land.

OMG… Someone is going to build something in El Dorado County! Call out the opposition, call out the NIMBYs, call out the people who shop in Sacramento while complaining that we don’t have stores here and oppose them when someone tries to build one… Where are they?? Why aren’t they opposing this?? Why aren’t they yelling about increased traffic in their “rural atmosphere” that caused them to move here in the first place??
Wait a minute… Is there something in the water in Pollock Pines that makes people sane? It must be…
