The key when recruiting a foreign source is to cultivate a relationship, and after a period of time find out what they want in return for giving up what we want. It could be money, it could be U.S. passports for the source and his/her family, or any other request. It is not a process to be rushed.

As I listened this “Guy” it was clear to me his memory was failing fast. He did not know the difference between the names of Obama & Osama. Twice he was corrected by the public for confusing the two. Also he told us the CIA never torchered anyone,but used cigs. and beer to convince them to talk, LOL.Seems like he did enjoy the vanity he felt he was recieving. Maybe next time the orginizers will research the person they allowed to speak as if he was all that. Sorry to see this and waste my time.

The CIA was intended to never operate inside the USA, the FBI was intended to never operate outside the USA. Things have seriously changed and not for the better.
