SACRAMENTO — Placerville resident Blair W. Will has joined the HMS Law Group in an of-counsel role.
Will, an environmental litigator and trial attorney with Brady & Vinding for more than four years, previously practiced environmental and natural resources law at Diepenbrock, Harrison PC. Will’s practice area is broadly land-use based and includes expertise regarding all major environmental laws such as the Clean Water Act and the Endangered Species Act, California’s Porter-Cologne Act, Superfund and the remediation/redevelopment of contaminated properties, water law, and Indian law. He also has extensive experience in the area of mining and extractive resources, both in the U.S. and Mexico.
In the mid-1990s, prior to becoming an attorney, Will was general manager of the Seattle office of Staging Techniques, a New York-based theatrical services and corporate events company whose tech clients included Apple, Microsoft, Intel and Nintendo.
