I did not have the pleasure of knowing Daniel, however my son knew Daniel and he told me what a good person he was. I decided to visit Daniel’s FB page and was so amazed at all the wonderful things that his friends had posted about him. To my surprise, some of Daniel’s FB friends are people that I know, many of them El Dorado High grads. The one thing that I got out of this was learning that this young man was a person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. His death is so tragic, however I believe his legacy will live on through all the people who love him. I have always been a person who pays it forward, whether is through a kindness or just giving someone a helping hand. I think that we all can learn by the way Daniel Ferrier chose to live his life. I wish I had known him. God Bless.
